House Rental
In addition to providing a Bed & Breakfast experience at Vert le Mont we also offer two other ways of enjoying the house: fully catered for small private parties or rent the house and cater for yourselves.
Fully catered
Let us do the work whilst you enjoy your time with friends or family. Ideal for small groups who want to gather together in a lovely, private house dedicated to their sole usage, and without the chores or housework of a rental. The house comfortably fits up to 5 couples or 6 individuals each with private bedroom and bathroom. You will be our only guests: there is nothing for you to do other than enjoy the seasonal delights of skiing, hiking, cycling, tennis, visiting the Wine Route or just relaxing in good company. Enjoy our renowned full breakfast, a classic English afternoon tea plus the option of dinner (BYOB) in the cherry paneled dining room, out on the verandah or al fresco in the garden. There is a 2 night minimum and rates vary dependent on group numbers, day of week and menu. Let us quote your customized break but as examples:
Midweek*, 3 nights, 10 people, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, two dinners: $180 per person
Weekend, 2 nights, 6 people, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, one dinner: $155 per person.

Rent the house
If you prefer to cater for yourself for a ski week or a summer vacation you can rent the house in Sutton in its entirety: 5 bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen and dining room, wood burning fireplace, two living rooms, wrap around verandah, spacious garden, satellite television, wi-fi ,5 minutes to Mont Sutton, nearby lake access. There is a 5 night minimum and rates vary according to season. Contact us for an exact price but for example:
