In every season Sutton, Bromont, Magog and the Eastern Townships has something to offer, our Sutton Tourism web site is a fund of information (1 800 565-8455) but here are some of my local favourites to whet your appetite:
Treat Yourself
A marvellous selection of restaurants for all tastes such as Il Duetto, À La Fontaine, Bistro Denali, Tartin'Izza and Café L'International.
Fine food stores including La Rumeur Affamée, L'Atelier Bouffe, L'Érablière Gaby-Pierre and Chocolaterie Belge Muriel. Shop at interesting stores, boutiques and the art galleries that are a particular Sutton speciality.
Sutton is just a short drive from La Route Des Vins where you can visit a series of vineyards and taste the local wines, complimentary passes are available for our guests.
Excellent Sutton masseurs offer a relaxing treat either in their studio or here Vert Le Mont Bed & Breakfast.
The Great Outdoors
If you like hiking Sutton offers an outstanding network of 80 kilometers of hiking trails of all lengths and difficulties protected and managed by PENS; trail maps and day passes can be purchased at the B&B.
D'Arbre En Arbre is a very special Sutton attraction. An aerial adventure that takes you through the tree tops in a series of dazzling challenges at four levels of difficulty. An amazing adventure that must be done to be believed.There is cycling for the amateur and the enthusiast on our quiet country roads winding through some of the Eastern Township's most beautiful scenery. In the winter
Mont Sutton, one of Quebec's leading ski resorts, provides outstanding glade skiing and 53 runs for all levels of ability and enjoyment. Owl's Head and Bromont ski hills are within a 30-minute drive or cross the border to Vermont and visit Jay Peak. Arts and Culture
Discover Suttons patrimonial heritage by taking an historical walking or driving tour or visit our local museum; leaflets are available at the B&B.
Thanks to local organizations, Coeur Du Village and Espace Sutton, there is a full program of performing activities in Sutton including annual Jazz and Blues festivals.
